Chris Ledger Jan 20, 2025Had a FREE widget, upgraded it to a STARTER level subscription and then it took the money via PAYPAL but insisted the FREE widget could NOT be upgraded, even though I'm now paying for the privilege of richer functionality and less prohibited options. So it takes the money but there's NO/ZERO intuitive approach, help or assistance as to how my FREE app is upgraded following the subscription to free up the richer functionality. Frankly WTF !!!

Phil Sobell Apr 13, 2023The embedded app (Facebook stream) looks really good on my website and works well once set up. It's also reliable (it doesn't disconnect etc). That said, it can be a headache to connect it when setting it up... I had problems connecting it and had to contact their support team. They responded immediately, were very helpful and resolved the issue for me. You can't ask for more than that.
