Gestaldt Apr 25, 2022I have requested vocalrefences to help me move the app to my new domain and to date they haven't bothered to respond. I need to be refunded the annual payment made because the app is currently not working.

Weebly User Feb 24, 2022Transformed our website into a shoddy and tacky site. We've lost our business reputation as a professional consulting company simply because of the way the app duplicated our reviews and created an impression to our potential clients that the reviews were fake and their number was inflated to lure them. The social links we've uploaded leads to a dead end, the SEO is not functional and we can't delete or manage our reviews. Even Google does not recognise the app and warns against it. We demand a refund.

This app is really easy to use and I've integrated it myself into my website - the reviews also appear in my Facebook business page and on Google Maps. Somehow I managed to duplicate my account by mistake and needed to contact the Vocal References Team. I was very impressed by the speedy replies and excellent service to the customer. It is so unusual these days to get on-line service that good - a really refreshing experience. Great job - well done!
